ObfGuard is a defensive security tool. Use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Effective date and scope

Effective date: January 30, 2026. This policy applies to all use of the ObfGuard website, documentation, and services.

Prohibited activities

  • Creating or distributing malware, spyware, or unauthorized access tools.
  • Targeting third-party systems without authorization, including scanning or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • Attempting to compromise ObfGuard infrastructure or customer environments.
  • Using ObfGuard to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Responsible security use

ObfGuard is intended to harden legitimate applications you have the right to protect. If you are protecting software on behalf of a client, confirm you have written authorization.

Do not use ObfGuard to hide malicious behavior, evade law enforcement, or conceal unauthorized access.

Fair usage and integrity

You agree not to abuse or overload the service, interfere with other customers, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

Automated access should respect published limits and avoid disrupting service availability.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of this policy or if continued access poses a risk to other users or systems.

Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remediate before suspension.
