Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for project-based purchases.
Effective date and scope
Effective date: January 30, 2026. This policy applies to all ObfGuard project plans and related services.
Project-based billing
Plans are priced per project and billed at checkout. The scope, platform, and coverage level define the project.
Unless explicitly stated, purchases are not recurring and do not auto-renew.
Cancellation before work begins
If you request cancellation before any onboarding or configuration work starts, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To request cancellation, email support@obfguard.com with your billing email and plan name.
Refund eligibility
- Full refund if canceled before work begins.
- Partial refund may be offered if work has started but delivery has not occurred.
- No refund after delivery of project artifacts or completion of onboarding milestones.
Non-refundable items
Custom policy authoring, completed integration reviews, and delivered artifacts are non-refundable once provided.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks may pause access while the dispute is reviewed.
